Brewery – Who we are and what we can offer you.
We brew your beer for you!
We are a family owned brewery and specialise in great German beers for our domestic customers and for the export to the world. We brew different typical German beer styles. Our range includes wheat beer (also called Hefeweizen, Weizenbier or Weissbier), Export/Helles and Pilsener beer. We also brew dark beers as to our own recipe. And we have an unfiltered Kellerbier in our range to sum it up.
Our services include BREWING, FILLING an PACKING of BEERS, JUICES, SOFT DRINKS and SODAS, as well as WATERS and ALCOHOL FREE DRINKS.
All beers are brewed in our breweries in Germany. All our ingredients are sourced from best suppliers. We use German origin barley malts and hops grown in the Hallertauer, one of the world’s largest hop growing regions in the south of Germany, Bavaria. We work with maltsters in Germany and continental Europe as well as with malt from United Kingdom for special recipes.
Of course, all beer that you order from our brewery can be brewed exactly to your specifications and recipe. We dispose of great brewmasters and technicians, who will meet exactly your taste with all pure and clean German ingredients. Read more on Private Label Brewing and Contract brewing here!
Our beers may differ in recipe and alcohol content (ABV), but all comply with the German Purity law. This rule was established in 1516 and is an early quality standard to ensure value and taste of beers brewed in Germany and Bavaria.
